Energy Innovations Gets Win In UAE

Pasadena-based Energy Innovations, a developer of concentrating solar modules, has scored a win in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, the firm announced Friday morning. Energy Innovations said it has been awarded a contract to install its systems at Masdar City, a model community of 50,000 which is being developed as a sustainable, energy independent, carbon neutral city entirely powered by renewable energy. Financial terms and impact of the deal, and extent of the install in the city, was not disclosed by Energy Innovations.
