Guidance Software Hires New Marketing VP

Pasadena-based Guidance Software, a developer of digital forensics software, said Friday that it has hired on Grant Johnson as the firm's new Vice President of Marketing. Johnson joins the firm from FileNet, where he also served as VP of marketing. Johnson has also served at Frontbridge and Symantec. Guidance Software said that Johnson will oversee corporate marketing, product marketing, marketing programs, demand generation, sales support, marketing communications, analyst and public relations, market research and online strategy.
