Chip Shot: Intel Hosts Governor Schwarzenegger, CeBIT Event Reps

CeBIT, the world's largest trade fair for digital business solutions and information and communications technology (ICT), in conjunction with Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger and the State of California, held a press conference today at Intel headquarters. Executives announced that California will be the first U.S. state to be the official partner of CeBIT. CeBIT takes place March 3-8, 2009 in Hannover, Germany and California will spotlight the state's innovative ICT technologies at the trade fair. Additionally, Intel Chairman of the Board Craig Barrett will be a featured industry speaker at next year's CeBIT opening ceremony.
